Mr. Rupak Maharjan is German and Italian speaking tour guide of Trekking Experts. He is fluent in German, Italian, English, Nepali, Newari and Hindi. He has completed his bachelor’s degree in arts from Tribhuvan University. He is very experts in Hindu culture and he has been leading German and Italian speaking groups of Trekking Experts since last seven years.
Dinesh Tamang also called Dinesh Tamang Blon was born and grown up in a remote village of Langtang region which is situated in Rasuwa district. Brilliant student in the school who always toped the class during his school period chosen tourism as his career after completion of his high school. Unlike other school toppers in Nepal, he chose tourism as his future career because he was interested in exploring new places and meeting new people every day. He started his career as porter right after completion of high school exam (SLC). He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies and doing Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Started career as porter in tourism, he completed each step gradually one by one to be the CEO of the company. He started as porter, then he gradually promoted to higher posts because of his performance and knowledge while working in other’s travel company and some tourism related organizations like became helper, then assistant guide, guide, tour officer, sales manager and CEO. Today he is well known young tourism entrepreneur and social activist in Nepalese tourism industry. As young CEO of a travel company, he participated in many ceremonies, events as young travel entrepreneur, Travel Experts for Nepal, Social Activist and Motivational Speaker. He was honored by many nonprofit organizations as honorary members, active member and in executive posts for his extraordinary contribution to the society and tourism development. He was the Project Leader of a most admired and successful earthquake relief project in Nepal called ‘Healing Haku’ which was handled by individual from different countries. He also gained office management and project management knowledge while he worked for World Food Program (WFP), MCHC (Mothers Care and Childs Care), Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN), Human Resources Management companies and academic institutions. That’s why in 2013, he started a travel company called ‘Trekking Experts’. He is an expert for trekking in the Himalaya.
Pasang Ringee Sherpa, Chief Operation Officer of Trekking Experts is a man with immense experience in tourism sector in Nepal. Mr. Sherpa is well-known personality and entrepreneur in Nepalese tourism industry. Born and brought up in Khumbu valley, today he heads the operation department, managing the logistics and coordinating the field staff. His outstanding PR skills and broad knowledge in tourism sector which he has gained in the past twenty five years have helped the company to quickly gain the upper-hand and the position of a key player in this highly competitive industry.
Mr. Sherpa has worked hard to get here. As a young boy he had guided tourist into Khumbu region from 1988-1996. He then shifted to United States for 4 years to enhance his knowledge of Western culture, since then he has visited France, Germany, Spain and Italy. He then came back to Nepal to join a Travel group to practice and enhance his knowledge on the tourism industry. Today he heads the Operation department in Trekking Experts and because of his outstanding PR relation within this industry, Mr. Sherpa is now actively involved with Trekking Experts for managing and coordinating logistics, field staff and our supporting vendors. The skills and knowledge that he has gained for the past 2 decades has helped Trekking Experts in gaining an upper-hand in this industry.
Ms. Ang Pemi Sherpa is full time staff of Trekking Experts. She is a young, dynamic and active Sales Executive at Trekking Experts. She has completed her bachelor’s degree in tourism from Tribhuvan University. She speaks English, Nepali, Hindi and a fair bit of French language as well.
Ms. Ang Nigimi Sherpa is a full time staff of Trekking Experts. She is a young, vibrant and full of life account officer at Trekking Experts. She has completed her high school from Higher Secondary Education Board in accounting. She deals mostly with book-keeping, accounting. She is also interested in travelling and trekking in the Himalayan region of Nepal. She speaks English, Nepali and Hindi language.
Mr. Pasang Sherpa, a veteran trekking guide who has been professional in this field since 18 years. He is a full time trekking guide here at Trekking Experts. He has led numerous groups since last 18 years and has been to mostly all of trekking destination of Nepal.
Bought up in Solukhumbu Region, in his early days as a porter he had always dream of leading groups to the heart of the Himalayas. After years of working in this field as Sherpa, assistant guide and going through trainings and obtaining Trekking guides license from the Tourism Board , his dream came into reality in the spring of 2004 when he was offered to lead a group of Italians to Mera Peak, since then he has been moving ahead with determination and confidence. He has worked his way up and is now one of the most respected trekking guides in this industry.
Mr. Kaluman Magar is a full time trekking guide of Trekking Experts. He is known as one the finest trekking guides in Nepal. He has received training for first aid, mountaineering, rescue marshal etc. Kaluman has been leading trekking guide as senior guide since last two decades has been leader of groups in all over Nepal and Tibet.
Mr. Manish Bashyal is Yoga Teacher and Instructor specializing in various yoga techniques. Experienced with Professional teaching and academics for Yoga. Well-trained in complementary and
alternative therapies along to go with Yoga. Strong background of teaching and instructing to foreigners in reputed facilities of Nepal.
Mr. Prakash Rai is French and Russian speaking tour guide of Trekking Experts. He is fluent in French as well as Russian language too. Mr. Phurinjee Sherpa is full time trekking guide of Trekking Experts. He has been a trekking guide since last twelve years. Phurinjee hails from SoluKhumbu. Well versed and educated guide, he is happiest when he is up in the Himalayas. His love for the Himalayas has helped him lead thousands of tourists into the heart of the Mountains. He started his career as a porter and has steadily moved up to becoming a trusted Trekking guide. He dreams one day to become a High Altitude Guide and eventually summit Mt. Everest.
Mr. Pemba Ongchhu Sherpa, is one of our most experienced guide and comes with an extensive mountain guiding background who is certified by the International Federation of Mountain Guides Association (IFMGA/UIAGM) since 2011. Pemba as a boy has always been fascinated by the mountains and is one of our most promising and upcoming High altitude climber. Pemba has successfully guided Everest five times with innumerous summit to other mountains in the Himalaya.

Born and based in Waku 4, SoluKhumbu, Nepal , In 2000, at age 17, Ang Pasang embarked on a climbing carrier as assistant guide to climb Island peak with a friend. The achievement on island peak fostered his interest in climbing. His dedication and devotion had led him to be a qualified guide. In a span of 14 years of climbing, Ang pasang have led over 22 expeditions and conquered many Himalayan giants including Everest; 4 times and other 8000m+ peaks.
Ang Pasang went through various mountaineering trainings conducted by Nepal Mountaineering Association and received a diploma from ENSA. For Ang Pasang, the pleasure of the adventure business lies not in the financial rewards but rather in helping clients achieve their dreams.
Ngima Nurbu Sherpa started his guiding career after completing his high school in 2002 as an assistant guide, and has since guided and led successful ascents of many peaks around the Himalayas, including 10 successful expeditions to the summit of Mt. Everest (3 from the north and seven from the south). Apart from Mount Everest, Ngima has successfully led over 40 climbing trips to various peaks of the Himalaya, including Cho Oyu, Manaslu, Sishapangma, Lhotse etc.
Ngima Nurbu amongst the founder of the company is a Certified NMA guide and Emergency Medical Technician, and he likes to focus on participant enjoyment and safety, which can be seen throughout the trips he leads and organizes. His degrees in education and business further help Sherpa Shepherds strive for its goal — providing the best quality adventures possible.
Pasang Tsering is amongst Nepalese premier high-altitude mountain guides, and the only Sherpa guide to have successfully conducted scuba diving in Tilicho Lake (The world’s highest Glacial Lake). A veteran over 80 expeditions and known for his mountain acumen for smooth operation of an expedition, Cheerful; honest and dedicated Pasang was born in 1973 in a Small village nestled at the foot of Everest. Pasang grew up amongst Himalayan climbers watching his father climb the formidable peaks and listening to his tales of glory and achievements. Finally Pasang followed his father’s footstep, beginning as a high altitude porter and gradually progressing to climbing leader.
Summiting his first 8000+ peak, manasalu in 1996, Pasang Tsering has moved to achieve 21 notable achievements of 8000m+ peaks with 6 successful summit of Everest. As founder and head guide of Sherpa Shepherds, Pasang has been guiding full-time for almost 2 decades and has led over 80 international climbing expeditions on various peaks of the Himalayas. Pasang Tsering has led expeditions where more than 150 clients have successfully scaled the Himalayan gaints; Everest, Lhotse, Manasalu, Choyou, Shisapangma, Makalu and other numerous smaller peaks led by Pasang . Pasang thrives on sharing the big mountains with friends and clients, and helping them to build their skills and experience to be successful on the world’s most beautiful mountains.
Pema Nuru Sherpa is professional high altitude climbing guide. Pema Nuru has made the summit of Mount Everest 9 times and successfully led over 20 expeditions.
