Trekking Experts considers that loyalty, motivation and hardworking staffs are the back bones of the company. We, Trekking Experts consider each and every staff of the company as family and they are treated equally. All the workers/staff of the company are treated equally important as other management team and all of them are paid very well which is comparatively better than other travel companies here in Nepal. In order to motivate loyal and hardworking employees, Trekking Experts is facilitating different programs for the welfare and betterment of employees.

 

Trekking Experts would be one those travel company Nepal who pays highest wages to its staff such as trekking leaders, trekking guides, cook, helpers and porters. We pay to our field staff as wages determined by umbrella organization of trekking agencies TAAN and even more higher than determined rates based on their experienced, knowledge and hard working. Beside this, Trekking Experts pays extra incentive bonuses to all staff (both office and field staff) such as one month extra salary as Dashain festival Bonus, 45 days paid leave, Provident Fund by adding 10% extra from the company, different payments as dearness allowance, travel allowance, telephone allowance, free lunch, free uniforms, free trekking equipment and insurances. Beside this we award our team as Guide of the Year and Cook of the Year with special recognition and financial awards.
